2000 would have seen the launch of Sonys new Playstation, but due to shortages
and US demand we Brits, well myself in particular had to wait until almost
Christmas to get my hands on one. At least by the time we got them most of
the initial bugs had been sorted and we didn't have to mess around with installing
drivers. But spending £300 on a base system we didn't even get a multi
regional DVD player. Well with the edition of a new memory card (and no mod
chips) the problem is solved.
